I hope you plan to incorporate the existing mural painted in 1976 into your project, not just paint over it? Any plans to do so?
That wall has more blacked-out than a government document!
Unfortunately, PennDot will not allow the mural to be put up on the wall. We have gotten permission to mount it in the parking lot for the Rices Landing River Trail.
